Hawks at home for first round of the Region 20 DII Baseball Tournament

Seeded in third for post-season play, Hagerstown CC will be hosting the first round of this year's Region 20 DII Baseball Tournament on Saturday, May 9^th, games at 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.  The games will be streaming on HCC Athletics YouTube channel, 11:00 a.m. game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uVOsv2Z0Q9k  and the 2:00 p.m. game https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=msHgEwiKMlU  . 

The Trojans of the Allegany College of Maryland will come to Hagerstown to play the College of Southern Maryland Hawks in the 11:00 a.m. game, and the winner of this contest will face HCC in the 2:00 p.m. game. The winner of HCC's game will advance to the second round of the tournament, hosted by Frederick CC, starting Thursday, May 14^th, and will play the CCBC Essex Knights, at 12:00 p.m. Games can be viewed by visiting https://www.youtube.com/@hcchawkathletics8393/featured . 

Also hosting on Saturday, the fourth seeded Garret College Lakers will host and play the winner of the Montgomery College Raptors vs. the Anne Arundel CC Riverhawks, and the winner of this contest will face Garrett College. The winner of Garrett's game will advance to the second round of the tournament, hosted by Frederick CC, starting Thursday, May 14^th, and will play the FCC Cougars, at 3:00 p.m.
