7th Annual HCC Futsal Tournament Entry Form

The Hagerstown Community College Women's Soccer Team is hosting the 7th Annual HCC Futsal Tournament.

  • Team fee is $225
  • Date: Sunday, December 8, 2024
  • Time:  8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  • Place: The ARCC, Hagerstown Community College, 11400 Robinwood Drive, Hagerstown, MD  21742
  • Guaranteed 3 games of at least 25minutes/game
  • Girls and Boys Age Groups: U10, U12, U14, U16, U18, Open Women (ages 19+), Open Men's (ages 19+)
  • Make-up date, Sunday, December 15, 2024
I have read the rules of the 7th Annual HCC Futsal Tournament, and agree to submit a liability waiver for each player on my team's roster. I understand that a player without a completed waiver signed by a parent will not be permitted to participate in the tournament. *
