Elizabeth Churchman had two hits and two RBIs to lead Hagerstown Community College past Lakeland Community College (Ohio) in the opener of a doubleheader sweep on Saturday.
In the first game, Lilly Oliver had two RBIs and Madalyn Kershner had two hits, including a double.
In the second game, Cierra Beaver had three hits, including two doubles, and three RBIs, Madlyn McDonough had two hits and an RBI, Churchman had two RBIs and Emily Talbert had a double for the Hawks (17-7).
