Hawks compete at nationals

HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Three Hagerstown Community College men competed at the NJCAA Division I national championships Saturday.
Jacob Pryor placed sixth in the pole vault (14 feet, 7 1/4 inches), Michael Belcher finished 10th in the discus (142-10) and Jason Hutzler was 13th in the high jump (6-6).
On Friday at the meet, Belcher was 16th in the shot put (37-11 1/4), while HCC's Tiffany Warnick finished 14th in the women's heptathlon.
