Hawks Men's Outdoor Track & Field Team 2026 Region 20 Champions

The Hagerstown Community College Men's Track & Field Team defended their NJCAA Region 20 Outdoor crown at Howard Community College on April 10-11, 2026. Visit https://lexicontiming.com/meets/66668  for meet results. The HCC women earned runner-up team honors, trailing CCBC Essex by just 7 points. 

Two NJCAA National qualifiers emerged from the competition. Sophomore Austin McCoy (James Buchanan class of 2024), won the 400 meters in a championship record 47.86, and freshman Jadyn Macher (Hedgesville High School class of 2025), won the women's 400 meter hurdles in a meet and school record 1:04.77, becoming the first HCC woman to dip under 1:05.00 in the event. 

Both will compete in the NJCAA DI Men's & Women's Outdoor Track & Field Championships, May 14-16, hosted by New Mexico Junior College, Hobbs, NM.
