Chalker, Pearson, Rasco, Butts Take First in Distance Relay

The men's Indoor Track Team traveled to Christopher Newport University on Saturday January 15th 2022 to compete in the Captains Inviatational. 

Zane Chalker (Hagerstown,MD), Jaron Pearson (Hagerstown, MD), Ryan Rasco (Hagerstown, MD) and David Butts (Hagerstown,MD) placed first place in the Mens Distance Medley Relay with a time of 10:34.00. 

David Butts also placed first in the Mens Mile with a time of 4:23.73 followed by Zane Chalker coming in second with a time of 4:28.99 and Griffin Knipp placing 21st with a time of 5:23.06.

Gabe Conder (Hagerstown, MD) placed second in the Mens 5000 Meters with a time of 15:44.31.

In the Mens 800 Meter Ryan Rasco placed fourth with a time of 2:04.39 and Jaron Pearson placed 9th with a time of 2:13.62. 

The men are back in action Friday January 21st and Saturday January 22nd as they travel to Virginia Military Institute to compete in the Keydet Invitational.
