CUMBERLAND, Md. — Colby Shimmel (4-1) went 8 1/3, allowing three earned runs with 11 strikeouts to lead Hagerstown Community College past Allegany College on Thursday.
Quin Ambeault had three hits, including a home run, Doug Cassera had three doubles and three RBIs, Austin Moser had two hits, including a double, and three RBIs, Patrick O'Connor had two hits and two RBIs, Andrew Wenner three hits and Geraghty Showe had two hits for the Hawks (17-13).
