$275 Entry Fee; Maximum field 18 teams; ARCC opens 3:00 p.m.; Meet times 3:40-10:00 p.m.; Entries for this meet will be reserved in order of receipt of time stamped on-line entry forms, and confirmed by a welcome email from HCC Athletics; This email serves as a placeholder that will be forfeited if payment for this meet is not received by HCC on or before August 27th, at which time HCC will reach out in succession to those schools on the waiting list for entry.

By signing and and submitting this form, I understand that entry into the HCC sponsored high school track & field meets is on a paid "first come, first serve" basis. I understand that this entry form is a placeholder, and a check in the full amount of fees for meets entered is to be received by HCC Athletics on or before Friday, August 13th, after which time I will forfeit my team's spot(s) being held in registered meets. In the event of a change in state or local health and safety guidelines, HCC Athletics reserves the right to alter meet requirements, and will do so in a fair and consistent manner, ensuring all teams involved will be notified of any changes.
