Herman leads HCC at Bridgewater track meet

BRIDGEWATER, Va. — Jasmine Herman won the 100 (13.25) and 200 (27.01) to lead the Hagerstown Community College women at the Doc Jopson Invitational at Bridgewater College on Saturday.

She also teamed with Sara Smith, Gabby Reason and Tiffany Warnick to place second in the 4x400 (4:29.74) and with Smith, Reason and Alyssa Clapper to place second in the 4x100 (54.06).

Reason placed second in the 100 (13.35) and third in the 200 (27.86).

For the HCC men, Jacob Pryor won the pole vault (15 feet, 1 inch) and teamed with David Mayes, Braxton Witmer and Jason Hutzler to place second in the 4x400 (3:35.43).
