Northwest Senior to attend Hagerstown C.C.

Hagerstown, Md. - Northwest High School senior, Jeison Caballero, has recently announced his commitment to the Hagerstown Community College men's soccer team.

The 2017 graduate has experience playing both outside midfield positions, as well as attacking center midfield. During the 2016 season, he helped Northwest to an 11-5-0 season and advanced to the 4A West Regional Finals before falling to Walter Johnson 3-1.

During his career, he finished with 36 goals and 30 assists. He earned Most Improved Player his senior year. 

Caballero plays club soccer for Rockville Soccer Club, while also competing at the Rockville Sportsplex for fustal. His team was EDP Fustal Champions.

"Jeison possess natural speed and technical awareness on the ball," mentioned head coach Brandon Rethemeyer. "We are very excited to be adding his abilities to our program. We feel he has the ability to see immediate playing time due to his hard working attitude."
