Mills, a forward and outside midfielder for the Rebels, captained the team his senior year. He scored six goals and added five assists for 17 points while his team finished 4-8-2. He earned First Team All-County Coaches, First Team All-County Herald Mail, and First Team All-Area.
Mills also played club soccer for Locomotive F.C.
Mills joins fellow Washington County recruits, Grant Adams, Caden Keplinger and Andrew Owens. Asongwe McCho-Nji Jr. , Benny Brankoff and Jaime Quansah come from the Baltimore area, while the trio, joins West Virgina recruits Josh Fitzwater and Ricardo Merino. The Hawks have also received commitments from Montgomery County players, Azaria Honsou and Angel Osegueda, along with Frederick resident Fredy Barerra.
